By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Orders
When you place an order through Divestore.com.au, you are submitting an order to purchase the products selected.
We will send you an order confirmation once your order has been received.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is no longer available;
- there is an obvious pricing or product information error; or
- we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.
2. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
We take reasonable care to ensure that prices, product descriptions and specifications are accurate.
If an obvious pricing or product information error is identified after you place an order, we will contact you before processing the order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a refund for the affected item.
3. Product Availability
We aim to keep our website stock levels up to date. Occasionally, an item may become unavailable before our website has been updated.
If this happens, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution, such as an alternative product, waiting for stock to become available, or a refund.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed at checkout.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days of receiving payment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order and add a phone number.
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided, additional delivery costs may apply if the order needs to be resent.
5. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, colours and sizing information are accurate.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Manufacturers may change product designs, colours, specifications or features from time to time.
If you are unsure about the suitability or sizing of a product, please contact our team before placing your order.
6. Special Orders
Special orders are arranged directly with our team by email and are not purchased through the online checkout.
Because special-order products are sourced specifically at a customer's request, they cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged due to change of mind once the order has been confirmed.
Please check the product, model, size, colour and specifications carefully before confirming a special order.
For faulty special-order products, please contact us so that we can assist you.
7. Dive Equipment
Dive equipment should always be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and for its intended purpose.
Certain equipment, including regulators, BCDs, dive computers, cylinders, valves and other technical equipment, may require appropriate training, inspection, servicing or maintenance.
Customers are responsible for following the manufacturer's instructions and recommended servicing requirements.
8. Gift Cards
Gift cards are subject to the terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are not refundable due to change of mind.
Any applicable expiry date will be clearly displayed on the gift card or at the time of purchase.
9. Website Content
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on Divestore.com.au is accurate and up to date.
We may update product information, pricing, availability and other website content from time to time.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version published on Divestore.com.au at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
